Return & Refund Policy

At motionfield, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy upon receipt of the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation). Items that show signs of wear, damage, or are not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be eligible for return at our discretion.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number may not be processed. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The time frame for this verification process typically takes 3-5 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any gift cards or promotional discounts applied to the original purchase will not be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected time frame, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions require additional processing time. If you still have not received your refund after this period, please contact us with your order details, and we will investigate the matter promptly.

For payments made via PayPal, we recommend checking your PayPal account directly, as refunds often appear there immediately. If you encounter any issues, please provide us with the transaction ID from your PayPal account to facilitate our investigation.
